Positive: Amenities: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very well equipped, nicely decorated and air conditioned. Location: Fantastic! 3 minute walk to water taxi and water buses. 5-10 minute walk to San Marco square. Many good restaurants within 5 minute walk. Opens to a very quant square. Host: Fantastic! Massimo is a wealth of information and checked in on us often and provided us with very useful tips. A meet & greet rep met us at check in to familiarize us with the property and to answer any questions. Massimo also took the time to assist us with a lost article!

Summary: Great amenities, fantastic location and fantastic host - can’t wait to return to Venice and stay again!
